Customers shopping with NeeDoh in the United States should review the terms below before ordering.

Shipping coverage and cost

Delivery is limited to the United States. All qualifying US orders receive free Standard Shipping.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally prepared in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping generally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays are not business days, and carrier estimates are not absolute delivery guarantees.

Tracking your parcel

The customer receives tracking by email following dispatch. Address errors should be reported without delay, but changes are not assured after the carrier has the package.

Delivery concerns

Contact us when a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. Include the order number and tracking information so that we can review the event and work toward a suitable resolution.
