This notice explains how NeeDoh handles US orders and customer requests.

Where do you deliver?

We ship only to United States addresses, and Standard Shipping is free.

What is the order timeline?

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard transit after dispatch generally takes another 4–6 business days, not counting weekends or US federal holidays.

How is tracking provided?

Tracking information is sent to the order email after dispatch.

May I update an order?

Send the request before shipment whenever possible. We cannot promise that an order already in processing can be changed.

What are the return and refund timeframes?

An eligible return or exchange may be requested within 30 days of delivery. We cover approved return shipping. After an eligible return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, with possible additional provider posting time.
